Our Goal

   Below is just some of what is included in our package:

• Up to 2 in person meetings (site tours included)
• Unlimited phone and email contact in the 8 weeks prior to your event (during normal business hours)
• Vendor contract review
• Creation of detailed day-of timeline for wedding party & vendors
• Rental order review if needed
• Set-up of all personal ceremony & reception décor if needed -additional staff will be needed for this (set-up of tables, chairs, and place settings not included)
• Wedding rehearsal coordination (1 hour)
• Wedding ceremony & reception coordination
• Overseeing reception, including timeline of dances, speeches/toasts, cake-cutting, and bouquet & garter toss, etc.
• Making sure all gifts and cards are assigned to a specific person
• Dispersal of final vendor payments & tips if needed
