Will you travel?
Yes we will. We do charge a travel fee depending on the distance from our location to your wedding site. Hotel expenses may apply.
Do you plan other events?
We will plan any event for you. From Birthday parties, Anniversary parties to Business retreats and so much much.
My venue has a coordinator, Isn't that enough?
Short answer no, long answer - The venue provides a coordinator that is there for the venue, to make sure the rules and policies are followed. S&S Events is there for you. If you are looking for a day of wedding coordinator to provide a stress free wedding day and planning process. To make sure your day represents you and that all of your guests are taken care of. That your vendors deliver what you paid for. Then a venue coordinator is just not going to cut it.
Do you work with LGBTQ + couples
It breaks our heart to even have to answer that question. The answer is yes. We welcome couples of all faiths, nationalities, sexual orientation, race and ages.
When in the planning process should we hire you?
For Event Management (Day of ) we recommend booking us at least 6 months before your wedding date. If by some chance you still need a vendor or 2 we would be happy to give you some recommendations.
How many planners will I have at my wedding?
You will have at least 2 wedding planners at your wedding/rehearsal. Regardless of which service you decide to book with us you will have 2.
